I work with a fabulous team at HQ Australia and at the top of the list has to be the person who reads my book first, my publisher, Jo Mackay. When Jo read my latest manuscript she sent it back to me with a few small suggestions for change but mostly warm words of praise. In among them were – ‘hugely enjoyed‘, – ‘a tremendously fun read‘ – ‘a total triumph‘. What wonderful responses from someone whose feedback I trust above all others.
So my next book will be out on October 1st and it’s called…The Road Trip. Two caravans, four adults and a journey through Australia’s heart – the trip of a lifetime, right? Wrong. A wise take on the joys of travel with those you might dislike the most but love the best.
